01 · Thesis

Four things we believe.

Trust is the product.

We do not earn trust by marketing. We earn it by refusing to ship features that spend it. Every decision is scored on this.

Abu Dhabi operating centre.

Our desks are in Abu Dhabi. Our inspectors are mobile across the emirate. Our bank partner is here. We are not a Dubai company that serves Abu Dhabi on Thursdays.

Cars first, by constraint.

Real estate, plates, and jewellery are on the roadmap. None of them arrives before the cars vertical is profitable. Feature creep is our single biggest risk, and we refuse it at the plan level.

Small team by design.

Twenty two people by month twenty four. If you need a large organisation to hide inside, this is the wrong company. If you want a clear line of sight from the work you do to the users it serves, this is the right one.

02 · How we work

Operating principles, not culture slides.

    Write before you meet.

    Proposals come as documents, not calendar invites. Decisions are linked and searchable, not remembered.

    One owner per project.

    Scope, timeline, and veto. No ambiguity about who ships.

    TypeScript top to bottom.

    One language from the database to the app. Hiring is wider, context switching is smaller, and juniors can cross surfaces in weeks.

    The inspection panel is family.

    Engineers ride along with inspectors once a quarter. Operations meets weekly with partners. We build the product we operate.

    Transparent compensation.

    Bands are published below. Raises are predictable. Equity is real, and the cap table is reviewed with every hire.

Bands are monthly base before benefits. The standard package adds a UAE visa, Daman Enhanced health, thirty days annual leave, and a home flight allowance.
